The Restaurant Industry During COVID-19

The restaurant industry has been completely rocked and well known staples are questioning what they will look like or if they will even be able to survive in the new normal...whenever that happens.

The New York Times sat down with the owner of the #jamesbeard awarded restaurant, Prune for a recent feature story. The grim reality is one that countless restaurants are living right now. “So I’m going to let the restaurant sleep, like the beauty she is, shallow breathing, dormant. Bills unpaid.
