Did you know that before Rihanna’s launch of @fentybeauty most make-up collections only came with 20 or less shades? She revolutionized this industry by developing a truly inclusive makeup collection launching with 40 shades of foundation.

Many leading brands have followed suite in what’s called, the #fentyeffect & 40 shades is now considered the benchmark in beauty.

Rihanna is such an inspiration, she saw a problem and she addressed it and it lead to social change. We often think that problems are too big to solve, but who is telling us that? Sure a lot of these problems are going to be tough and will require focus, hard work and sacrifice, but they are possible. Let’s do hard things together❤️
