Last night I was talking to one of my best friends about the struggles we’ve been going through during COVID-19. The convo drifted from being cooped up and confined at home to juggling so many different things (career, children, housework) to now the anxiety of do we or do we not re-enter the world. This is tough stuff we are all facing, right?
She gave me a little tip. She said she’s been writing down little notes of inspiration, self-love or encouragement and revisits then when she starts getting anxious, down or overwhelmed. I absolutely love this idea and plan on starting it.. TODAY.
Self-love is more important than anything else because only when we feel confident and happy about ourselves can we feel the same way about our decisions.
