In episode 23, Oprah interviews the executive chairman of Starbucks, Howard Schultz. My favorite quote, “You must have a purpose beyond profit.” Starbucks was one of the first companies to provide healthcare and equity to their part time employees. They have always put the people first. It’s the people that make up Howard Schultz’s purpose.
