How to Rebuild your Motivation When it Starts to Dwindle

Do you ever find yourself struggling to stay motivated? It’s so tough sometimes, right? Check out Thrive’s recent article to help you stay on track.

My personal favorite tip is to “remember your original why.” Whenever I’m working towards something new and I feel myself slipping I go back to why I set out to accomplish the goal in the first place. This re-grounds me and motivates me to push forward. It’s so easy to loose sight of the why because life can get hectic. For me, journaling helps to bring the focus back to this.
