1. Decide on your priorities and say no to everything else.
2. Schedule 30 mins of “me” time every day.
3. Define productivity as doing what you intended.
I especially love #3! We need to give ourselves permission to take a break. Binge your favorite show, complete a crossword, go out with your friends or play with your kids for the day. As long as you intended to do that, it’s okay to get lost in it❤️
