Energy Hacks


On a recent episode of The Doctor's Farmacy podcast Dr Mark Hyman and Ben Greenfield Fitness offer an alternative to the intense daily gym workout.


Instead they introduce the concept of “energy snacks” which are small bits of movement for 3-5 minutes every 60 to 90 minutes throughout the day.


This episode is full of little energy hacks you can draw on every day. What I love most, there are several options, it’s not a one size fits all program.
